The centre has a fully equipped fitness studio with a variety of exercise machines and a separate free weights area. A large multi-purpose hall accommodates such activities as badminton, basketball, aerobics classes, short mat bowls and major social events. A range of complementary health and beauty treatments and services are available, along with fitness assessments. On the first floor is a large social room with balcony area providing panoramic views over the playing fields.

Together with a second meeting room and a fully equipped kitchen and bar facilities, it’s an area that offers an ideal venue for meetings, social events and for use by local clubs and societies.

The Centre was built in 2005 by the community, for the community and remains heavily reliant on local volunteers for its day-to-day running.It is as much about providing a community and social centre as it is about encouraging an increasing take-up of a variety of sports and exercise classes.
